Chambers of B.S.L was founded in the year 2019 with a vision to not only work in the field of litigation but also to encourage Research fellows and all the students of Law towards modernization in legal fields. Determined to devote our lives in this field we have a team of young, energetic and hardworking, members filled with ambition to fly high. We deal with all types of matters and have our members specializing in RERA, Aviation, Environmental, Armed Forces laws, Civil and Property, Social Rights and Family Cases. We are currently operating in two union territories, Delhi( High Court of Delhi) and Chandigarh (High Court of Punjab and Haryana ). We also have our team practicing in National Green Tribunal (Principal Bench, New Delhi) and Armed Forces Tribunal (Chandigarh Bench).

RERA Laws

RERA stands for Real Estate Regulatory Authority came into existence as per the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 which aims to protect the home purchasers and also boosts the real estate investments. The bill of this Parliament of India Act was passed on 10 March 2016 by the Upper House (Rajya Sabha). The RERA Act was effective on and from 1 May 2016. At that time, out of 92 sections only 52 were notified. All the other provisions were effective on and from 1 May 2017.

Advocate Brijesh Singh Ladwal is alumnus of School of Law, The Northcap University Gurugram and has completed his Masters in Law from Department of Laws, Punjab University, Chandigarh in Constitutional Law. He also holds Post Graduation Diploma in Aviation Laws and Air Transport Management from National Academy of Legal Studies and Research, Hyderabad. He has worked under various organisations including four government offices which makes him to understand functionality and procedure of government organisations. He has also worked with some of the best Law firms and also under the mentorship of top litigators in Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi and High Court of Punjab and Haryana. With the zeal to work for the society and to endeavour in the field of law along with primary motive to work for the society and secondary being a learner he held the post of sergeant at arms in the Rotary International (RACNCU) Gurugram which has given him enough time, consideration and opportunities to work for the society to help people and provide legal services and access to justice. Holds strong Analytical thinking and providing attention to detail so as to bring out essentials for interpreting complex legal issues and identifying key facts. Believes in Integrity and ethical standards are crucial for maintaining trust and upholding justice.

Mr. Lovejeet Poonia

Our senior Associate, Mr. Lovejeet Poonia is Alumnus of Punjab University and he is currently practicing before the Hon'ble High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh. Mr. Poonia holds his practise and expertise in field of criminal law wherein he has taken up sensitive issues in criminal law. Mr. Poonia hails from city of Sirsa, Haryana and has his good ground field knowledge and experience. He has also worked as a Legal Researcher under the guidance of Hon'ble Mr. Justice Deepak Gupta, wherein since day one he had his experience in the filed of criminal law. Mr. Poonia is competent, knowledgeable and expert of his field with a good experience before the Hon'ble Courts. His qualities ensure him to successfully handle legal matters and bring best interests to his clients..

Ms. Danish Mavi

Danish has completed her B.B A LLB (Hon.) with specialisation in IPR & Cyber Laws from The NorthCap University, Gurugram. At present she is pursuing LLM in Cyber Laws from GGSIPU. Danish is working as an In-House counsel for a cross-border logistics company. Her work experience comprises of Drafting, Negotiating and Standardizing Commercial Agreements and all other agreements pertaining to the company. She has presented the company in legal matters and has drafted various policies for the internal departments of the company. Danish was an External member under the PoSH law for 20+ companies and has conducted 30+ PoSH compliance trainings. Danish's professional experience also comprises of litigation in cases of Cyber Laws, Labour Laws, Conciliation Proceedings, Intellectual Property Rights,Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Family Law & Civil Suits etc. She has also been a legal advisor to different Welfare Societies working for the betterment of the community.

Mr. Aneeshh Chopra

Mr. Aneeshh Chopra, is Alumnus of Delhi University and he is currently practicing before the Hon'ble High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh. Mr. Chopra is a performance oriented advocate handling criminal as well as civil cases before the Hon'ble Courts. He is articulated, organised and driven with passion for helping people to overcome their problem. Mr. Chopra is a work oriented and strive to ensure highest standards of deliverability. Additionally, he has excellent research and negotiation abilities, along with problem-solving skills to navigate legal challenges. Empathy for clients, combined with persistence, patience, and good time management, allows him to provide thoughtful, client-focused representation while working efficiently under pressure.
